Before Shipping
Order Cancel: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after you place your order, we will refund you in full amount. After 24 hours, your order has started to process, so sorry we can’t cancel your order. Hope you can understand.
Order Exchange: If you want to exchange your order items such as styles, color, size and etc, please contact us as soon as possible. We can exchange for you as long as the items haven’t been processed. For extra fee of item exchange, we will quote you and wait for your approval. However, once your order has been processed, very sorry we can’t exchange order for you. So check carefully your order information before checkout.
After Shipping
Order Return & Exchange
We accept return and exchange within 7 days after you receive the outfit. We will immediately refund you the outfit price or exchange once we get it that should be still new and in good condition. But all shipping cost are not refundable except the mistakes are made by us. Please follow the steps below to process your return or exchange:
1. Please contact our customer support, we will negotiate and determine whether your merchandise can be returned or exchanged according to our return&exchange policy.
2. If confirmed the merchandise can be returned and exchanged, our customer support will provide you the return and exchange address. Then you can ship the merchandise to us.(Note: Customers need to bear all return and exchange shipping fee. If the customer return the merchandise without negotiation, we will not refund or exchange. So please consider it seriously before placing an order. Also thanks for your understanding!)
3. Send us the tracking number when you ship the merchandise in order that we can keep tracking and getting it in time.
4. After we receive and check the merchandise is in new and good condition, the refund or exchange will be processed immediately(except for weekend or holiday).
Here are cases below you can return or exchange but we bear the return or exchange shipping fee. We apologizes deeply for the fault we make and also will improve better.
1. The merchandise is destroyed during shipping.
2. The size is wrong.
3. The color is wrong.
Note: when return or exchange, please make sure the merchandise have never been used and worn still in original condition. Also please make sure you pack all without any missing parts of this merchandise. Thanks!
Here are cases below we can’t accept return or exchange:
1. For all custom tailor item, please understand that we can't give exchange or return due to the unique nature of the merchandise.
2. If you return part of the outfits, the payment can not be refunded.
3. Worn, used, stained, animal hair attached or altered items can not be returned.
4. Undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
5. Wigs, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
6. The unsuccessful delivery due to the customer's own reasons including but not limited to:
(1)Moved without informing us timely before the shipment
(2)No person at home and could not be reached on phone at the same time when package is under delivering.
(3)Package being destroyed by the local express company facility because of long-term unavailability of the recipient. Always, we had tried to contact the
recipient by email/SMS but both failed.
(4)Shipping time over average shipping time.
7. As we have different bodies, it also looks different between stock images and how you wear the outfits from us. We can't accept return for reasons: " You don't like it", " You wear it that don't look the same as the stock model image" and etc. So please consider it clearly before placing an order. Thanks for your understanding!
Note: It is unavoidable there often is slight differences for measuring size and color(due to photographing conditions and individual monitor displays).
Here is the case below we will negotiate with customers and decide whether to refund the whole or partial amount of the order. We apologize for the this in advance sincerely and hope to get your understanding.
